What is SnagRight?
SnagRight is a property snagging and inspection brand in Dubai, owned by PropCirq. Our purpose is simple: to help people receive, buy and look after their homes with a clear, documented understanding of their condition.
The core idea behind the brand is that your investment deserves a proper handover. A property should be checked before it is accepted, findings should be recorded clearly, and follow-up should be organised rather than left to memory.
How does the service work?
SnagRight coordinates; the inspection provider inspects. Each has a distinct role, and you always know which is which.
SnagRight coordinates:
- understanding your property and what you need;
- confirming the scope, and what is excluded;
- issuing a written quote and managing your acceptance;
- requesting the owner's separate consent before any details are shared with the inspection provider;
- arranging the booking and access;
- delivering the report and supporting the next steps described in your agreement.
The inspection provider performs:
- the inspection itself, within the agreed scope;
- the professional findings and their priorities;
- the signed report.
The inspection provider's qualifications are its own; they are not SnagRight's. The provider's identity and responsibility are set out in your agreement and report.
What is PropCirq's role?
PropCirq is the property services business that owns SnagRight. Its platform is where quotes, bookings, consent and reports are managed securely. That is why you may see PropCirq named when you accept a quote or access your report.
What we do
- explain the services, the scope and the limits clearly before you commit;
- quote in writing, with no online checkout and no hidden extras;
- ask for consent explicitly, at each point where your data is shared;
- deliver reports organised so they can be acted on;
- offer reinspection (sometimes called de-snagging) on terms confirmed in writing.
What we do not do
- we do not perform inspections ourselves or present the provider's qualifications as our own;
- we do not promise that every defect will be found; inspections are visual and non-destructive;
- we do not decide whether a developer, seller or anyone else is responsible for an item;
- we do not give legal or financial advice;
- we do not promise outcomes such as repairs, savings, rent or property value;
- we do not publish prices, or figures and endorsements we cannot stand behind.

Evidence. Findings are tied to locations and photographs, not impressions.
Accountability. The right party signs the report, and you know who it is.
Consent. Personal and property data are shared only with the permissions needed.
