How can you reach us?

Contact details will be published once operational channels are confirmed.

Until our contact channels are confirmed, this page does not list a phone number, email address or messaging service. We will not publish a channel until it is properly set up and monitored.

Which route suits your enquiry?

I would like an inspection quote. Use the quote page. It explains what you will be asked and what happens next.

I want to introduce someone approaching handover. See Refer a Property. The person must agree to be contacted before you share their details.

I am a broker or property professional. See our partner programme.

I am an existing customer or partner. Existing customers and registered partners will use their PropCirq account once it is available. Please quote your request reference when you contact us.

I want to know more about SnagRight. See about SnagRight for how the service works and who is responsible for what.

I am not sure which service I need. The services page has a simple selector, and the knowledge centre answers common questions.

What should you include?

To help us respond quickly, include:

  • whether you are a buyer, an owner, an overseas owner or a property professional;
  • the property type and the Dubai community or approximate area;
  • the stage: new home before handover, resale purchase, occupied home, or repairs completed;
  • any known handover or access date.

Please do not send passports, title deeds, contracts or payment details at this stage. They are not needed to answer an enquiry.

How is your information used?

Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry. Details are shared with the appropriately licensed inspection provider, subject to verification and confirmed in your agreement, only after you have accepted a quote and the owner has given separate consent. See our privacy notice for more.

Raising a concern

If something has not gone as expected, tell us, quoting your request reference. The process for concerns is also set out in your agreement.

Common questions

Can I arrange an inspection without a written quote?

No. Every inspection starts with a written scope and quote, whichever way you get in touch. Nothing is booked until you accept a quote.

I already have a request in progress. Who do I contact?

Use the reference from your acknowledgement when you contact us, so your request can be found quickly.

Can I contact the inspection provider directly?

Please contact SnagRight first. We coordinate the service and will involve the inspection provider where appropriate.
