Property Snagging & Inspections in Dubai

Referral rewards programme

Refer a Property. Earn Referral Rewards.

Introduce property owners and buyers who need an inspection. Eligible referrals may qualify for a reward under approved terms — a simple, consent-first introduction that takes a couple of minutes.

How does a referral work?

A referral is an introduction: you tell us about a property and the person responsible for it, and SnagRight takes it from there.

  1. Ask first

    Before sharing anyone’s details, check that they are happy to be contacted by SnagRight about an inspection.

  2. Make the introduction

    Share the property stage, type and location, the person’s contact details and your own details as the source of the referral.

  3. We get in touch

    SnagRight contacts the person, explains the services and, if they wish, prepares a written quote. They decide whether to go ahead.

  4. Their consent stays theirs

    If they proceed, they accept the quote and give their own consent before any details go to the inspection provider. A referral is never consent on their behalf.

  5. Status, for partners

    Registered partners will be able to follow the status of their own referrals in the PropCirq partner area, once it is available.

About you

Required. Include the country code, for example +971 50 123 4567.

Do they already know you are referring them?

SnagRight only contacts someone who has agreed to it. Choose how to make the introduction — nothing is sent to the person until they have agreed.

Who should you refer?

Introductions are most useful when the person is at a point where an inspection can help:

  • buyers who have received, or are expecting, a developer handover notice;
  • buyers who have agreed to purchase a resale home and have time before completion;
  • owners and landlords whose renovation, refurbishment or fit-out works are complete or nearly complete;
  • owners approaching the end of a defects liability or warranty period;
  • owners who have been told that earlier snagging items have been repaired.

Referrals come from friends, family and existing customers, and from professionals such as brokers, advisers, relocation firms, property managers and interior designers. Renovation referrals are welcome, including on behalf of a fit-out contractor's client: see Renovation Inspection. If you expect to introduce clients regularly, apply to become a partner first, so the terms are agreed before you refer.

Share only what is needed: a name, contact details and the property's stage, type and location. Never send passports, title deeds, contracts or payment records. Making an introduction does not entitle you to see the person's quote, report or personal information.

How do referral rewards work?

  1. You introduce someone who has agreed to be contacted about an inspection — a friend, a client or a property you know is approaching handover, resale, renovation completion or a warranty deadline.
  2. We check the introduction. Referrals are reviewed and checked for duplicates, and the person decides freely whether to go ahead.
  3. The reward follows the outcome. Where you are a registered partner under a signed agreement, an eligible referral may qualify for a referral reward. The agreement sets out which referrals are eligible, how a reward is assessed and when it becomes payable.

Submitting an introduction on its own does not create an entitlement to payment, and we do not publish fixed amounts — the reward for an eligible referral is confirmed in writing under your partner agreement. Occasional referrers are welcome too; becoming a partner is what makes referral rewards available.

Are referral rewards available?

Registered partners may receive eligible referral rewards under an approved partner agreement — terms confirmed in writing.

Referral terms

Terms are confirmed in writing in your partner agreement.

Rewards are available only under a signed partner agreement, which sets out eligibility, conditions and timing. We do not publish fixed amounts.

What a referral is not

  • It is not a booking. Nothing is scheduled until the person accepts a written quote.
  • It is not a promise of a fee. Submitting a referral on its own creates no entitlement to payment.
  • It is not an obligation. The person you refer decides freely whether to proceed.
  • It is not a list. Bulk lists and purchased data are not accepted.

How can you refer a property today?

Online requests are not yet open — the secure connection to our operating platform is being finalised.

Contact details will be published once operational channels are confirmed.

Common questions

Do I need the person's permission before referring them?

Yes, always. The person must have agreed to be contacted by SnagRight about an inspection. Referrals without that agreement cannot be accepted.

Can anyone refer a property?

Anyone can make an introduction. Only registered partners can receive eligible referral rewards under an approved partner agreement — terms confirmed in writing.

How much is the referral fee?

We do not publish fixed amounts. Registered partners may receive eligible referral rewards under an approved partner agreement — terms confirmed in writing. Submitting a referral on its own does not create any entitlement.

Will I be told what happens with my referral?

Registered partners will be able to see the status of their own referrals in the PropCirq partner area once it is available. Details of the customer's quote, inspection and report remain private to the customer.

What if the same property was already referred by someone else?

Referrals are checked for duplicates. Where a property has already been introduced, the terms of the partner agreement determine how that is handled.

Can I refer a renovation or fit-out project?

Yes. Renovation referrals are welcome, for example from interior designers, property managers and landlords, or on behalf of a fit-out contractor's client. The owner decides whether to request a post-renovation inspection, and the contractor whose work is being inspected does not receive the report unless the owner shares it.

Can I refer my own property?

There is no need. If the property is yours, request an inspection quote directly and you will be guided through the same steps.
