Partner programme
Grow Your Business with SnagRight.
Help your clients through property inspections and earn on eligible referrals through our partner programme. Brokers, advisers and property professionals are often the first to know when a client is approaching handover — introductions are simple, consent-based and properly documented.

Who is the programme for?
The programme is for professionals whose clients may benefit from an inspection at the right moment, including:
- property brokers and agencies working with off-plan and resale buyers;
- advisory and relocation firms supporting buyers moving to Dubai;
- property management businesses and landlords preparing homes for tenants;
- interior designers and renovation project managers whose clients want the finished works documented;
- other professionals who regularly meet owners approaching handover, completing a renovation or fit-out, or nearing a warranty deadline.
Renovation referrals are welcome, including introductions on behalf of a fit-out contractor's client. The owner decides whether to request a post-renovation inspection, and the report belongs to the owner. As with every referral, the owner must have agreed to be contacted first.
What does a partnership involve?
A partnership is a written arrangement. It sets out how you introduce clients, how consent is handled, how duplicates are treated and, where applicable, eligible referral rewards under an approved partner agreement — terms confirmed in writing.
Referral terms
Terms are confirmed in writing in your partner agreement.
For your clients
- a clear, written scope and quote before any commitment;
- an inspection performed, and a report signed, by an appropriately licensed inspection provider, subject to verification and confirmed in their agreement;
- full control over their own data and decisions.
For you
- a documented, attributable way to introduce clients;
- visibility of the status of your own referrals in the PropCirq partner area, once available;
- clear, written terms agreed before you refer.
How will you see referral status?
Once the PropCirq partner area is available, registered partners will be able to sign in and follow the status of their own referrals as they move from introduction to outcome. Until then, status updates are handled as described in your partner agreement.
What partners see is deliberately limited:
- your own referrals only, never other partners' introductions;
- status, not content: the customer's quote, report, property details and personal information stay private to the customer;
- the official sign-in route only, confirmed when you join. Sign-in links on this website stay disabled until that route is approved.
What are the ground rules?
- Consent first. Every referral requires the client's agreement to be contacted, before their details are shared.
- Minimum data. Share only contact details and basic property information.
- No pressure. Clients decide freely whether to proceed. Partners must not present the service as compulsory.
- No lists. Bulk lists, purchased data or contacts without consent are not accepted.
- Privacy between partners. Partners never see other partners' referrals.
- Accurate descriptions. Partners describe the service as it is: coordinated by SnagRight, performed by an inspection provider, with no promised outcomes.
How do you join?
- Apply. Tell us about your business and how you expect to introduce clients.
- Review. We review your application and may ask for business registration details or references.
- Agreement. If suitable, you receive a partner agreement setting out the terms, including eligible referral rewards under an approved partner agreement — terms confirmed in writing.
- Access. Once signed, you are registered as a partner, with access to the PropCirq partner area once it is available.
- Refer. You introduce clients with their consent, through the agreed route.
Work with SnagRight as a partner
Any referral terms are set out in a written partner agreement. Nothing is paid automatically for submitting details, and no rates are published here.
How do partner applications open?
Online requests are not yet open — the secure connection to our operating platform is being finalised.
Contact details will be published once operational channels are confirmed.
What the programme is not
- It is not pay-per-lead. No rates are published, and no fee is due simply for submitting a referral.
- It is not consent. A referral is never treated as the client's consent to the inspection or to sharing their details with the inspection provider.
- It is not a licence to advise. The programme does not cover regulated property services, such as brokerage, which remain with the appropriate professional.
- It is not access to client data. Partners see referral status, never reports or personal information.
Common questions
Who can apply to become a partner?
Property brokers, advisory firms, relocation and property management businesses, and other professionals whose clients may need an inspection. Each application is reviewed individually.
Is there a cost to join?
The partnership terms, including any conditions, are set out in the partner agreement you review before signing.
How are referral rewards calculated?
We do not publish fee amounts. Partners may receive eligible referral rewards under an approved partner agreement — terms confirmed in writing.
Can I see my clients' reports?
No. Reports and personal details belong to the customer. Partners can see the status of their own referrals, not the content of the customer's quote or inspection.
How will I sign in?
Registered partners will use the PropCirq partner area once it is available. We will confirm the official sign-in route when you join, and never ask for your password by email or message.
Can I refer clients before my agreement is signed?
You can introduce someone who has agreed to be contacted, like anyone else. Partner terms apply only from the date your partner agreement is signed.
