This notice covers personal information collected through this website, including quote requests, referrals, partner applications and general enquiries. Once you accept a quote, your agreement and the privacy terms of the PropCirq platform also apply, and will be provided to you at that point.

Information you give us

• contact details: your name and email address, and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number and how you prefer to be contacted;
• your role, such as owner or buyer, authorised representative or broker;
• request details: the service you are asking about, the property stage, the property type and, optionally, the community or project;
• optional context: your situation (for example buying or letting), what the property is for, how soon you need the inspection, a handover date or deadline, and any notes you add;
• for referrals: the referred person's name and email or phone number, provided with their permission, the property stage, type and optionally community, and your own name, email, role and optionally phone and company as the source;
• for partner applications: your name, company, role, work email, optionally a phone number, how you would like to work with us, the areas you cover and any notes;
• for contact messages: your name, email, optionally a phone number, the topic and your message.

Information recorded when you submit a request

• the date and time of your request;
• the version of the privacy notice you were shown when you made the request;
• the IP address your request came from.

Together these are kept as a record of your request and of the privacy notice shown to you when you made it. They are stored with your request on the PropCirq platform that operates SnagRight's systems.

Information collected automatically

• technical information needed to deliver the website securely and to detect abuse, such as server logs. The service that receives website forms keeps short-lived technical logs in which your IP address, email address and phone number appear only as scrambled identifiers (keyed hashes), never as readable values, and which contain no names or messages;
• cookies and similar technologies: the website currently sets none and uses no analytics or advertising tools, as described in our cookie notice.

We do not ask for passports, title deeds or payment details through the website.

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare a written quote;
• to process a referral, including contacting the referred person;
• to review partner applications and manage partner relationships;
• to arrange an inspection once you have accepted a quote and given the separate consent described below;
• to keep a record of your request and the privacy notice shown to you, as evidence of what was requested and when;
• to keep the website secure and working properly;
• to meet legal and regulatory obligations;
• to send you occasional updates, only where you have separately asked for them. You can opt out at any time.

Your property and contact details are shared with the appropriately licensed inspection provider, subject to verification and confirmed in your agreement, only after you have accepted a quote and the owner has given separate, explicit consent to that sharing. Requesting a quote does not by itself authorise any sharing with the inspection provider.

• PropCirq, which operates the platform used to manage quotes, bookings and reports, and which processes your request and its record (time, privacy-notice version and IP address) on SnagRight's behalf;
• service providers that host or support our systems, under appropriate agreements;
• professional advisers, where necessary;
• authorities, where required by law.

Partners who refer you can see the status of their referral, but not your quote, report or personal details. We do not sell personal information.
